First off, despite the fact that we work in IT we are actually people, and NOT robots like you may have been thinking. We have personalities, can laugh and tell jokes, don’t mind sun light and like to engage with our customers even if it’s just for a friendly chat! And believe it or not we have hobbies that don’t include computers, we just happen to be good at using them…

We formed Luminite after working in IT for a number of years and witnessing both the good and bad sides of IT, we really have seen it all. First off, it should be flexible – customers range in size and therefore requirements. Secondly, it should be easy to understand – nobody wants to baffled with technical waffle. Thirdly – It should be delivered with excellent communication, great after sales service, and with the confidence of the client. The story of Luminite is that we formed it to incorporate the good parts of IT after witnessing the bad, the story so far has been fun and we would love for you to be a part of it.
