Before working with Luminite we had various backup and anti-virus solutions that weren’t monitored. Luminite have since come in and setup their monitored anti-virus and managed backup services meaning that we don’t have to spend the time checking our anti-virus definition files and backup reports. This gives us piece of mind that we are secure and able to recover from a disaster. We also utilise Luminite for various other services such as a firewall, internet connections, support and Email/Anti-Spam services. Luminite have implemented Google Apps for Business for us and this has revolutionised how we use email in that we can now get our emails anywhere in the world and on practically any device! I love it that everyone at Luminite is able to talk to me about my systems in plain English.
